Where are your chillies grown?
All our chillies are grown on our farm in the heart of South Devon, England. We nurture them from seed to harvest in our own greenhouses to ensure the highest quality and heat levels.
How do you calculate shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. We offer standard and express shipping options across the UK, with free delivery on orders over a certain value.
Are your products suitable for vegans?
The vast majority of our sauces, preserves, and dried chillies are vegan-friendly. However, some of our chocolate products may contain dairy. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for dietary details.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products. If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or a full refund.
How long will my chilli sauce last once opened?
Most of our sauces have a long shelf life due to their acidity. Once opened, we recommend keeping them refrigerated and consuming them within 3 to 6 months for the best flavor profile.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship many of our dry goods and sauces internationally. Please note that customs regulations regarding seeds and fresh produce vary by country, so some items may be restricted in your region.
