Aji Tricolour 1 Litre Pot Plant

Aji Tricolour 1 Litre Pot Plant

Note: these plants have been pruned to allow them to fit into our tallest boxes. They're big healthy plants, so the light pruning would not set the plant back and you should get a good harvest from the season ahead.

A very pretty and unusual variety with attractive variegated leaves and multicoloured fruit pods. The fruits can have streaks of purple, pink, green and white colors decorating the pods. The eventually pod ripens to red.

This plant is very similar to our very popular Purple Tiger variety, however it grows much bigger. While the Purple Tiger plant is happy in a 1 or 2 litre pot, the Aji Tricolour prefers a bigger pot (5 to 10 litres) or even being grown in the ground.

Heat level: medium, approximately 40,000 to 60,000 SHUs. Learn about Scoville Heat Units (SHUs) here.

Capsicum baccatum
