Very hot Chilli Jam with fresh and dried Bhut Jolokia chillies for a longer and more immediate heat sensation! The Extreme Chilli Jam is cooked using a recipe which is similar to our best selling classic Chilli Jam; the mild red peppers have been replaced with green peppers and there is an additional chilli punch - courtesy of the Bhut Jolokia chilli! (aka. Ghost chilli or Naga chilli).
