Green Trinidad 1 Litre Pot Plant

You'd be hard pressed to find a chilli that stays green when ripe, but this variety does just that. The Green Trinidad has the peculiar characteristic of turning an olive green or yellowish green when ripe. Although this a habanero-type variety it is very mild and very aromatic.
Heat level: 1,000 to 8,000 SHUs. Learn about Scoville Heat Units (SHUs) here.
Harvest: The mature fruit are green, oval-shaped and about 7.5 cm long.
Size: The plants will need supporting. They are best grown in the ground or in large 5 to 10 litre pots.

Plants are sent in 1Ltr (13cm) pots. Each plant is securely packaged in a recyclable cardboard box. The pot is wrapped in a biodegradable plastic bag to prevent any moisture from damaging the cardboard box any soil from falling out.

Each plant is hand selected by our horticulturists and carefully packaged. The box is marked with a way up sticker to notify the courier and handlers that it contains live plant material and that it should be handled with care.
